Unsubscribe From Marketing

To unsubscribe or opt out of marketing communication from EcoCare Australia, an unsubscribe link will be found at the bottom of all marketing emails and SMS. You can click this link and enter your email address to unsubscribe from the EcoCare marketing communications.

Alternatively, you can also update your email and/or SMS preferences via your EcoCare account by unchecking the ‘Receive marketing emails’ tick-box and clicking save.

Accessing Your Personal Information

You have a right to access your personal information, subject to exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to do so, please let us know. You may be required to put your request in writing for security reasons. EcoCare Australia reserves the right to charge a fee for searching for, and providing access to, your information on a per request basis.
