EcoCare Activator will go to work immediately to remove odours and clean your home wherever it’s applied. When applied to your drains as part of a weekly maintenance routine it will go to work immediately to keep your wastewater system running smoothly. To remove odours or blockages please contact us as you will need a larger initial dose to resolve your issues.

EcoCare Activator is used to clean benches, stove tops, floors, kitchens, walls, doors and most other hard household surfaces. Any remaining cleaning solution can then simply be washed down the drain where Activator will continue to work to condition your wastewater system.

Ecocare Activator can also be applied direct to your drains and toilet as part of a weekly maintenance routine for your system.

For best results add at night (or during period of least usage), avoid harsh chemical cleaners and caustic agents, and maintain drain and system condition by using ‘Total Treatment’ EcoCare Activator as a cleaner.

Septic/AWT System Maintenance
For regular system mainteance add 1/2 cup (125mL) of Activator per person to system weekly via toilet or drains.

Multi-purpose Cleaning
Dilute 1 part Activator with 5 parts cold water for household cleaning. Spray on, leave for a few minutes, then rinse off. Suitable for use on showers, floors, toilets, sinks, tiles, windows, BBQs and all other hard surfaces.

Tiles & Bathroom Surfaces
Dilute 1 part Activator with 5 parts cold water and spray over the surface. Leave for as long as possible (eg. 10 minutes or more) then rinse off. As the water is rinsed down, your drains will also be kept free of waste build-up and unwanted odour.

Carpets & Soft Furnishings
Dilute 1 part Activator with 10 parts cold water cold water, spray over spot and leave for few minutes, then dab with a damp sponge or cloth. – do not rub.

Floors
When washing floors, spray diluted Activator (1:10) over the floor and leave for as long as possible before washing off. Or add approx. 50 mls Activator to a bucket of cold water and wash the floor in the usual way. Pour the bucket of water down the sink or toilet to help keep drains clean.

Drain Cleaning/Deodorising
To keep your kitchen drain (grease trap) in a clean and odour free condition, add 2 cups (500mls) of Activator mixed with 2 cups of cold tap water down the sink per week. For best results add 1/4 cup at end of each day mixed with 1 cup cold tap water. All other drains add 1 cup daily mixed with 1 cup cold tap water until odour or blockage has cleared.

Windows
Dilute Activator 1:40 with cold water, spray onto windows and rinse off in the usual way.

Greywater/Grease Traps
To reduce build-up and odour, add 2 cups (500 mL) of Activator followed by 4 cups of cold water per week. For best results add small amounts at night (or during period of least usage).

Drain Blockages
To remove blockages and destroy odours mix 1 cup (250 mL) of Activator with 1 cup of cold water and add to affected drain daily until blockage is cleared and odour eliminated.

Odour Control
Dilute 1 part Activator with 10 parts cold water and spray to destroy odours in rubbish bins, toilets, kennels etc. To remove odours from carpets apply liberally, leave 5-10 minutes, then dab dry.

Please Note:
– Please do not use any harsh cleaning products or deodorisers when using EcoCare Activator as this will reduce its effectiveness.
– We recommend that the spray bottle is rinsed out and re-filled with fresh EcoCare Activator at least fortnightly.

For general cleaning applications and maintenance dosing EcoCare Activator is available in a convenient 2L and 5L container with your choice of Natural or Citrus Fresh fragrance. Two litres will make up 10L of cleaning liquid at a dilution rate of 1:5.

If you are experiencing septic odours / blockages or are looking for an more economical size, larger 10L and 20L containers also available. Contact your EcoCare wastewater consultant for more details.

Keep container lid closed when not in use. Store in a cool area below 30˚C. Do not store in direct sunlight.

Non-toxic and environmentally responsible. In case of eye contact flush eyes with low pressure water for 15 minutes. In case of ingestion give water to drink to achieve dilution. If irritation persists seek medical advice.
