EcoCare Activator-V is a highly concentrated (5x) version of EcoCare Activator, our scientifically developed blend of natural ingredients, grease dispersants and biological stimulants that kills odours on contact, cuts through grime, breaks down fat and grease, and restores and maintains a healthy bacterial balance in your septic system.

Odours will be eliminated in as little as 3 days.

Most blockages will be removed in as little as 1 week, more severe blockages (including leach drains) may take longer depending on the variables affecting your system.

EcoCare Activator-V is used in all wastewater systems that includes septic tanks, grease traps, grey water systems and aerated water treatment systems (AWTS).

Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and mouth. If irritation occurs, rinse with plenty of water for several minutes. If SWALLOWED: drink plenty of water to dilute. Seek medical advice if feeling unwell or if irritation persists. Wash any contaminated clothing before reusing. Dispose of contents down the toilet if producing sour odour.

For best results, add EcoCare Activator-V at night (or during period of least usage).

Septic/AWT Systems
To remove odours and blockages, once only, flush 800 mls of Ecocare Activator-V down the toilet. Continue to add 25 mls per person to the system weekly, via toilet or drains.

Absorption Trenches
For trench blockages and odours: flush 800 mls of Ecocare Activator-V down the toilet and follow up by adding 150 mls to the system per week via toilet or drains.
A minimum of 3 litres will need to be added over a 3-4 month period to unblock trenches.

Greywater/Grease Traps
To reduce build-up and odour, add 100 mls of Ecocare Activator-V followed by 500 mls of cold water per week. For best results, add small amounts each night. Prior to first application, flush grease trap and line with cold water.

Drains
To remove blockages and destroy odours, add 50 mls of Ecocare Activator-V, followed by 500 mls of cold water, to affected drain daily until blockage is cleared and odour eliminated.

Odour Control
Dilute 1 part Ecocare Activator-V with 50 parts cold water and spray to destroy odours in rubbish bins, toilets, kennels etc. To remove odours from carpets, apply diluted Activator-V liberally, leave for 5-10 minutes, and then dab dry.

Cleaning
Dilute 1 part Ecocare Activator-V with 25 parts cold water for household cleaning.
Spray on, leave for a few minutes, and then rinse off. Suitable for use on showers, floors, toilets, sinks, tiles, windows, BBQs and all other hard surfaces.

For restoration and maintenance EcoCare Activator-V is available in 2L and 4L sizes.

The amount needed to solve your septic issue varies according to the number of people in your home and the underlying cause of your problem. As septic systems vary greatly in their design, it’s best if we have a quick phone consultation to make sure you get the best solution.

Keep container lid closed when not in use. Store in a cool area below 30˚C. Do not store in direct sunlight.

I first started using EcoCare Activator a few years ago, after I saw your advertisement in the Weekly Times. We were building a new home in Forrest and we were told we needed an eco-friendly cleaner that would be suitable for our newly installed aerated water treatment plant. . First time I tried this product today, left my dishes AND my dishwasher sparkling clean and fresh. Very happy with Ecocare products and service. I perhaps would have liked it to be a little easier to dispense from the container into the dishwasher soap dispenser but that is minor and easy to overcome.

Just wanted to let you know that I have been using EcoCare Activator for several years and now can’t be without it. I initially bought it to correct a smelly Waste Treatment (all waste from the house goes into this) system that got out of whack using other cleaners. I dilute the EcoCare Activator in a spray bottle and now use it for everything, toilets, basins, baths, extra dirty/greasy dishes, windows, paintwork, microwave, oven, sink, mirrors, floors, cleaning up after grand dogs visit, spray and wipe soft furniture to remove odours etc etc… You can even soak greasy, bloody clothing and it all comes clean. The Waste Treatment system hasn’t had a problem since using EcoCare Activator in the house.
We have a small farm and recently needed to clean out the cool room, usually a nasty job, but with EcoCare Activator I sprayed it all down, left it for 30 mins and then scrubbed it all down. Even the worst of stains came away and left it sparkling clean and odour free.
I would recommend EcoCare Activator to everyone.

I am very happy to recommend Ecocare Activator to anyone with an Aerated Water Treatment System. It is a fantastic product and I have been extremely impressed by it.
In my role as Directing Manager at Wastewater Consultants, I am often in the position of overseeing the servicing and maintenance of all different types of Aerated Water Treatment systems (including Aqua Novas, Biocycles, Sewage Taylex etc.) that may not be operating to standards. I have recommended Ecocare Activator regularly and have seen even the most neglected system turned around with the use of this product within as little time as one month. Even tanks that should have been pumped out have had an excellent result with Ecocare Activator.
Due to the chemical load that many systems are under with the use of harsh cleaners and dishwashers, it is not uncommon for A.W.T.S to develop odour problems. By introducing Ecocare Activator the odour is usually nonexistent within 2-4 weeks. In addition, regular weekly use according to the directions assists in breaking down the waste and helps keep pumps and filters in good order. It also seems to keep sprinkler heads and irrigation lines clear and blockage free.
The real advantage of Ecocare Activator is that by cleaning with it the product becomes more economical, but more importantly the chemical load on the system is reduced. It is also completely biodegradable; nontoxic for use in the home and safe to use on gardens. As water from A.W.T.S is often used to irrigate gardens and grassed play areas, having cleaner, safer water is a big advantage.
I am pleased to endorse regular use of Ecocare Activator in A.W.T.S as an economical way to maintain a trouble free system. We purchase large quantities of this product regularly and have always been very pleased with the results. It is a very useful waste management solution at a sensible price.
