I ordered on line so I didn’t interact with customer service but can only assume they are as excellent as your product!

I am an old lady of 85……………and 35kms from the nearest business centre. I have been using your product for over a decade. During that period I have had no occasion to use the services of a plumber. Drains run freely, never is there an offensive odour and the septic system works perfectly. I don’t even have to remember to pre-order. Your efficient company ensures I have an adequate supply of your product.

The service team were happy to help me with any questions I’ve had in relation to the products before and after purchase. Because i run a family daycare from home it’s great knowing I’m providing the safest and cleanest learning environment for the children. One of the requirements i have is to ensure i have all MSDS available for products I’m using, and all of these can easily be found on the website which was very convenient!

We inherited a septic system that had been treated with a terrible chemical leaving it in state that had stopped it functioning and the smell made your eyes water. The team at EcoCare stuck by us and checked in with us to help us fix the problem. They were extremely lovely to deal with and the Activator has helped maintain the magic!! Can’t recommend it (or them) more highly and can’t thank them all enough for the support.

11years ago we were told that we would need to replace the septic at around $15-20,000 on our newly purchased property. Instead we took a chance on a product we’d seen advertised in a newspaper at the time. It is called EcoCare. It took about 6 months to get the septic system healthy again and now 11 years later we have still have not had to replace our septic system. Hard to believe myself. The products I’ve tried all work well. They’ve solved our septic issues and in many cases are better than the products they replaced.

We use EcoCare’s products to maintain our septic systems in a healthy condition and no longer experience build up of waste or odour. EcoCare products are also used to destroy odour and reduce the build-up of grease and fats in the sites grease traps… Using EcoCare products as a cleaner also makes the product particularly cost effective.  We can clean kitchen areas and toilet blocks and maintain our waste treatment systems with the same product…

There are about 250 men on site and the septic was not handling the load so the waste was not breaking down. We were severely affected by a lot of odours, poor leaching… it was flowing through the system untouched and depositing in our pond. I introduced Insight Environmental’s Activator and in a relatively short period of time the odours were completely eliminated…The waste is now being broken down completely inside the tank and the leach drain area has been completely cleaned up…
