Activator – Restore & Maintain

People use EcoCare Activator to restore and maintain their system because:

Odours will be eliminated in as little as 3 days.

Most blockages will be removed in as little as 1 week, more severe blockages (including leach drains) may take longer depending on the variables affecting your system.

EcoCare Activator is used in all wastewater systems that includes septic tanks, grease traps, grey water systems and aerated water treatment systems (AWTS).

Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and mouth. If irritation occurs, rinse with plenty of water for several minutes. If SWALLOWED: drink plenty of water to dilute. Seek medical advice if feeling unwell or if irritation persists. Wash any contaminated clothing before reusing.

For best results add at night (or during period of least usage), avoid harsh chemical cleaners and caustic agents, and maintain drain and system condition by using ‘Total Treatment’ EcoCare Activator as a cleaner.

Septic/AWT Systems
To remove odours and blockages flush 4 litres of Activator down the toilet. Continue to add 1/2 cup (125mL) of Activator per person to system weekly via toilet or drains.

Absorption Trenches
To remove trench blockages and odours flush 4 litres of Activator down toilet and follow up by adding 3 cups (750 mL) to system per week via toilet or drains.

A minimum of 15 litres of Activator will need to be added over 3-4 month period to unblock trenches.

Greywater/Grease Traps
To reduce build-up and odour, add 2 cups (500 mL) of Activator followed by 4 cups of cold water per week. For best results add small amounts at night (or during period of least usage) and flush grease trap and line before applying Activator.

Drains
To remove blockages and destroy odours mix 1 cup (250 mL) of Activator with 1 cup of cold water and add to affected drain daily until blockage is cleared and odour eliminated.

Odour control
Dilute 1 part Activator with 10 parts cold water and spray to destroy odours in rubbish bins, toilets, kennels etc. To remove odours from carpets apply liberally, leave 5-10 minutes, then dab dry.

Cleaning
Dilute 1 part Activator with 5 parts cold water for household cleaning. Spray on, leave for a few minutes, then rinse off. Suitable for use on showers, floors, toilets, sinks, tiles, windows, BBQs and all other hard surfaces.

For system restoration and maintenance EcoCare Activator is available in 10L and 20L sizes.

Keep container lid closed when not in use. Store in a cool area below 30˚C. Do not store in direct sunlight.
